beef nacho casserole
This is tasty and filling. It's nice to have a colorful salad on top the casserole. It dresses it nicely and adds so much to the flavor. I've been making this recipe for about 40 years ... a family favorite!

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 12 ounces chunky salsa (i use mild pace)
- 3/4 cup miracle whip
- 1 cup corn
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 cups crushed tortilla chips, divided
- 2 cups colby jack cheese, divided
How To Make beef nacho casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350°. Brown ground beef, drain

Step 2Add salsa, miracle whip, chili powder, and corn

Step 3Spray Pam in 2qt casserole dish.

Step 4Layer casserole with 1/2 meat mixture, chips, and cheese twice.

Step 5Cook 20 minutes.

Step 6Chop lettuce, tomatoes, green onions and top casserole. Add sliced black olives.
