assyrian meat and potato casserole - hearty!
This is a recipe I have made many times. It is very easy, especially if you have leftover mashed potatoes. It is hearty and satisfying. I originally found it in an Assyrian cookbook, and added my own twist to it. This can also be cut into small squares and served as an appetizer.
