Ingredients
- 1 pound extra lean ground turkey
- 1 small zucchini, grated. (take moisture out with paper towel)
- 1 - egg white
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3-1/2 cup red or yellow onion, minced
- 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- - pepper to taste
How To Make turkey burgers

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a sheet pan with non stick foil.

Step 2Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Form turkey mixture into six evenly sized balls and place on prepared sheet pan. Press balls down with hands to make 6 patties.

Step 3Bake patties for 30 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
