Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    extra lean ground turkey
  • 1 small
    zucchini, grated. (take moisture out with paper towel)
  • 1
    egg white
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1/3-1/2 c
    red or yellow onion, minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • ·
    pepper to taste

How to Make Turkey Burgers

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a sheet pan with non stick foil.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Form turkey mixture into six evenly sized balls and place on prepared sheet pan. Press balls down with hands to make 6 patties.
  3. Bake patties for 30 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
