Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup pesto (homemade or commercial)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan

How To Make pesto burgers

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl and form into 4 patties.
  • Step 2
    Grill, fry or broil until cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
  • Step 3
    Serve on ciabatta rolls, or hamburger buns with pesto, mazzarella slices lettuce and tomato slices, if desired.
