Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup pesto (homemade or commercial)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
How To Make pesto burgers

Step 1Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl and form into 4 patties.

Step 2Grill, fry or broil until cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.

Step 3Serve on ciabatta rolls, or hamburger buns with pesto, mazzarella slices lettuce and tomato slices, if desired.
