meat lovers veggie burger
I keep working at finding a veggie burger that actually comes close to a regular burger. This one is the best. I enjoy Montreal Steak Seasoning on my burger. It really brings out the taste. Die hard meat eating friends of ours say they would eat these burgers regularly!

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 pounds mixed mushrooms/crimini,shiitake, portabello
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 6 cloves garlic
- 2/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup italian bread crumbs
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon parsely
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 tablespoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons steak sauce (optional)
How To Make meat lovers veggie burger

Step 1In a small frying pan put 1 tsp of olive oil. Then add the mushrooms, onion and garlic and saute for about 10 minutes.

Step 2In a large bowl, put in the sauted mushrooms, onions, and garlic. Then add the rest of the ingredients except the eggs. Beat the eggs well then add.

Step 3Mix the ingredients well and let them sit and rest for about 15 minutes for the flavors to mix.

Step 4Put the rest of the olive oil in the frying pan and heat the oil until it snaps from a drop of water. Make each patty and place in the pan. Fry them 5 or so minutes on each side.

Step 5Sprinkle on the steak sauce while cooking. (optional) Then serve.

Step 6If you are putting them on the grill, leave out step 4. Add your regular condiments and enjoy.
