A great alternative to traditional beef or turkey burgers. Adapted from a Taste of Home recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground lamb (or beef)
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1 - garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon greek seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 - hamburger buns
  • - sliced cucumbers, tomatoes
  • - creamy greek salad dressing (or ranch dressing)

How To Make greek burgers

  • Step 1
    In a medium bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients; mix well. Shape into four patties.
  • Step 2
    Pan fry, grill or broil until no longer pink. Serve on buns with cucumbers, tomatoes and dressing if desired.
