Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground lamb (or beef)
  • 1 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced onion
  • 1
    garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 tsp
    greek seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 4
    hamburger buns
  • ·
    sliced cucumbers, tomatoes
  • ·
    creamy greek salad dressing (or ranch dressing)

How to Make Greek Burgers

Step-by-Step

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients; mix well. Shape into four patties.
  2. Pan fry, grill or broil until no longer pink. Serve on buns with cucumbers, tomatoes and dressing if desired.
