Ingredients
- 1 pound ground lamb (or beef)
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1 - garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon greek seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 - hamburger buns
- - sliced cucumbers, tomatoes
- - creamy greek salad dressing (or ranch dressing)
How To Make greek burgers

Step 1In a medium bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients; mix well. Shape into four patties.

Step 2Pan fry, grill or broil until no longer pink. Serve on buns with cucumbers, tomatoes and dressing if desired.
