forgotten burger
This burger is the one you might see advertised on a tv commercial, but can never find when you crave it and go out to eat somewhere. I love the first try, new twist on the burger bun; (not my invention), but love it with the well-seasoned burger. My husband, Ron, enjoyed very much. We both smiled with juice running down our mouths, and agreed, "now this is a real burger"!

How To Make forgotten burger
-
Step 1Roll out on floured surface 4-grands biscuits into 6-inch rounds. Bake as package instructs.
-
Step 2Mix thoroughly with hands the first 9-ingredients. Make 2-round pattys, 1/2# each. Fry in a bit of olive oil. I used a square grill pan with ridges and loose glass cover. Cook 10-12 minutes, turn 4-times during cooking with a loose cover, which doesn't overcook. Turn off burner, remove cover, add sliced cheese.
-
Step 3Slather on favorite condiments, veggies, add your fav chips, and enjoy a memorable burger.
