Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons onion powder (not salt)
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder (not salt)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 large fresh portabello mushrooms stems removed
How To Make cajun grilled portabello mushrooms

Step 1Preheat grill.

Step 2In a wide shallow dish, mix together all ingredients except olive oil and mushrooms.

Step 3Lightly brush both sides of the mushrooms with oil, then dip them in the spice mixture until thoroughly coated.

Step 4Place mushrooms on the grill stem side down and cook about 8 minutes. Turn them over and cook about 6 minutes, or until tender and browned.
