Tired of the same old burger again and again? Why not try a Mexican style burger? Serve this patty on your choice of bun with lettuce, cheese, tomato and your choice of sauces (I like ranch and taco sauce combined). A great mid week meal.

- - 2 pounds ground beef (minced beef) not diet
- - 4 tablespoons prepared taco seasoning
- - 1 teaspoon ground cummin
- - 1 teaspoon ground chilli powder if you like a bit of heat **optional

Step 1Place all the ingredients in a bowl and use your hands to mix. I use food handling gloves.

Step 2Form into patties and cook either on the BBQ or a griddle pan.
