One of the first Low Carb Dinners I made. So full of flavor! I serviced it with Asparagus, baked in the over with little Oil, sprinkled with Parmesan Cheese & Garlic

Ingredients

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 2 tsp
    lawry's seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground pepper
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 3 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 4 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 -4 medium
    jalapenos
  • 6 slice
    cooked bacon (or use salad bacon pieces)

How to Make BACON JALAPENO CHEDDAR BURGER (LOW CARB)

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix together ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Line a baking sheet with foil. Divide meat into 6 balls. Form the ground beef into a bowl shape.
  4. Cut jalapeno into pieces. Mix the cream cheese, jalapenos, bacon and 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Divide into 6 portions and fill each burger bowl with the cream cheese mixture. (save some Bacon and Jalapenos if you desire to top this off after baking)
  5. Bake for 30 minutes.
    Before serving top with additional 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, bacon or jalapenos (optional).
