One of the first Low Carb Dinners I made. So full of flavor! I serviced it with Asparagus, baked in the over with little Oil, sprinkled with Parmesan Cheese & Garlic

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 teaspoons lawry's seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 -4 medium jalapenos
  • 6 slices cooked bacon (or use salad bacon pieces)

How To Make bacon jalapeno cheddar burger (low carb)

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Mix together ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Step 3
    Line a baking sheet with foil. Divide meat into 6 balls. Form the ground beef into a bowl shape.
  • Step 4
    Cut jalapeno into pieces. Mix the cream cheese, jalapenos, bacon and 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Divide into 6 portions and fill each burger bowl with the cream cheese mixture. (save some Bacon and Jalapenos if you desire to top this off after baking)
  • Step 5
    Bake for 30 minutes. Before serving top with additional 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, bacon or jalapenos (optional).
