Z's Meatballs

Linda Zebert

This is a recipe that came out of needing something quick and easy and ended up being a favorite of family and friends.

A versatile enough recipe to use as an appetizer, for parties to weddings, to a main meal.

I hope you will give it a try and enjoy.

1 bag(s)
rosina's italian styled meatballs (frozen)
16 oz
sour cream
1 large

1 box
pasta of your choice

1Open large bag of Rosina's Italian Meatballs, Sour Cream and Mushroom Soup.

Place in a large bowl and mix ingredients.
Then pour ingredients into a pam sprayed casserole dish.

Place into 350 degrees oven and bake for 3o-45 minutes until meatballs are heated through.
2While meatballs are baking
BOIL any form of pasta you like.
(I've used egg noodles, bowties, penne, spaghetti etc.)

When cooked, drain pasta as usual and when meatballs are done place with gravy onto pasta.

If wanted add salad and garlic bread.
3Various options:

Appetizer - can cook in crock pot
Servings - can be doubled, tripled etc.
Leftovers - can be frozen for another meal another day
Make ahead - for socials or get well or welcome dish
Occasions - Football dinner, cheerleaders, tailgating, just warm comfort food.
