Very Easy Shepherd's Pie
1 lblean ground beef
1 jar(s)(12 oz.) of home style beef gravy
1 cfrozen corn
1 cfrozen peas and carrots mix
1 tspchopped onion
2-3 cmashed potatoes
·seasonings: salt, pepper and paprika
How to Make Very Easy Shepherd's Pie
- In a Dutch oven, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Add onions right before the meat is done and cook until tender. Add the gravy and vegetables, salt and pepper to taste. Spoon into a greased 2 quart baking dish or four oven safe 2 cup dishes. Top with mashed potatoes. Drizzle with butter and sprinkle with parika.
- Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes at 350° or until heted through. Serve.
