Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 jar (12 oz.) of home style beef gravy
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots mix
- 1 teaspoon chopped onion
- 2-3 cups mashed potatoes
- 2 tablespoons butter
- - seasonings: salt, pepper and paprika
How To Make very easy shepherd's pie

Step 1In a Dutch oven, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Add onions right before the meat is done and cook until tender. Add the gravy and vegetables, salt and pepper to taste. Spoon into a greased 2 quart baking dish or four oven safe 2 cup dishes. Top with mashed potatoes. Drizzle with butter and sprinkle with parika.

Step 2Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes at 350° or until heted through. Serve.
