1Peel and cut carrots, put in cold water in saucepan, set on to boil. Take ends off fresh silver lake green beans, cut into one inch pieces,put into sauce pan with water, set on to boil. Once boiling add one beef boullion cube. Add the second cube in each pot once vegetables are tender. Do not drain water off vegetables.
2Melt butter in fry pan. Dice up peppers, and onion, put in frypan with melted butter. Cook till starting to brown add italian seasoning, pepper, and seasoning salt to hamburger cook meat till brown. Drain almost all of the fat off.
3Dump carrots water and all in a crockpot. Do the same with the green beans. Add chili beans and can of tomato soup. Add corn cut off the cob cooked from a previous meal. Stir all well add chili seasonning. Drain most of the fat off the hamburger. Add hamburger, pepper, onion mixture to the vegetables. Heat on high for 20 minutes, adjust to low for an hour or so more. Serve with garlic bread will make a great meal.
