- chorizo, hot (sliced)
- potatoes, medium (halved)
- 3 Tbsp
- tomato paste
- 1 c
- port wine, red or white
- 1 c
- onions, medium (chopped)
- garlic cloves (chopped or crushed)
- 1/2 c
- olives, black
- 1 sprig(s)
- salt and pepper
How to Make Veal Stew with Chorizo - Sauté de Veau de Lisbonne
- 1-Brown meat in a pan with olive oil for few minutes, then add chopped onions.
-Add port wine and water with tomato paste.
-Add the rest of the ingredients, salt and pepper.
-Simmer for 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender. you can add more water if the stew turns out to be too thick.
