Ingredients
- 2 pounds veal chunks
- 1 - chorizo, hot (sliced)
- 8 - potatoes, medium (halved)
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 cup port wine, red or white
- 1 cup water
- 2 - onions, medium (chopped)
- 2-3 - garlic cloves (chopped or crushed)
- 1/2 cup olives, black
- 1 sprig thyme
- - salt and pepper

Step 1-Brown meat in a pan with olive oil for few minutes, then add chopped onions. -Add port wine and water with tomato paste. -Add the rest of the ingredients, salt and pepper. -Simmer for 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender. you can add more water if the stew turns out to be too thick.
