One of my favorite individual meat loaf recipes! My Dad gave it to me many years ago.

Ingredients For traditional meat loaves

1 lbground turkey
-
1 lbground beef
-
2 lgeggs, beaten

1 smzucchini, shredded
-
1 cfresh bread crumbs

1 1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspcoarsely ground black pepper

1 Tbspbutter
-
1 mdonion, chopped fne
-
2 clovegarlic, crushed (more if you like it)

1 tspitalian seasoning for extra flavor (opt)
How To Make traditional meat loaves

1Preheat Oven to 400. Line 15 1/2 x 10 1/2" jelly roll pan with parchment paper or foil. (I use my half-sheet pan also.)

2In nonstick skillet (12") heat butter over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook till tender. Add garlic & cook a minute longer.Cool a little.

3In large bowl (with your hands) mix turkey, beef, eggs, zucchini, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Add cooked onion mixture and combine thoroughly.

4Shape into 4 1/2" x 2 1/2" loaves. Bake 25-35 minutes at 400 till browned on the ouside.I use my Weight Watcher's 1/2 cup measure serving spoon to get just the right size.
