My family loves Thai food. It costs too much to go have it at our only locally Thai restaurant so I found this yummy recipe for these yummy meatballs.

Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup coconut milk, unsweetened
- 2 tablespoons red curry paste
- 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter, unsweetened
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/4 cup sweet basil leaves, chopped
How To Make thai meatballs

Step 1Shape meatballs out of ground beef. Brown in large pan over medium heat. Set aside.

Step 2Mix flour, coconut milk, red curry paste, peanut butter, fish sauce, sugar, oil and half the basil in the same pan and heat until thickened.

Step 3Place meatballs back into pan and gently coat with the sauce. Serve over brown rice, rice or Thai noodles. Sprinkle remaining basil over top. Enjoy:)
