I love Thai Cuisine. Whenever I'm craving Thai food and don't feel like going out to eat and want to make something quick and easy, I make this delicious salad. I always keep my pantry well stocked with all types of spices, herbs, condiments and staple items. All I have to do is marinate the steak, grill, make the salad and serve. Enjoy. Happy Cooking! sw:)
