I love Teriyaki. You can't beat homemade, it tastes so much better. I hope that you will enjoy this quick and easy recipe.

The longer the steak marinates the better it tastes.

Ingredients

  • ·
    3 lbs beef steak, sliced thin
  • ·
    2/3 cup soya sauce
  • ·
    1/2 cup brown sugar
  • ·
    2 tbsp honey
  • ·
    2 tbsp blood orange juice
  • ·
    3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ·
    1 tsp ginger finely grated
  • ·
    1/4 tsp salt
  • ·
    1/8 tsp fresh ground black pepper
  • ·
    3 green onions, finely chopped (garnish)
  • ·
    fresh cilantro, (garnish)
  • ·
    sesame seeds garnish (optional)
  • ·
    steamed rice

How to Make Teriyaki Beef

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together and blend well.
  2. Put the steak slices in the marinade and allow to sit for 4 hours or over night.
  3. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  4. Pour entire mixture into a shallow pan and bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
  5. Garnish with green onions, cilantro and sesame seeds.

    Serve over steamed rice.
