I love Teriyaki. You can't beat homemade, it tastes so much better. I hope that you will enjoy this quick and easy recipe. The longer the steak marinates the better it tastes.

Ingredients
- - 3 lbs beef steak, sliced thin
- - 2/3 cup soya sauce
- - 1/2 cup brown sugar
- - 2 tbsp honey
- - 2 tbsp blood orange juice
- - 3 garlic cloves, minced
- - 1 tsp ginger finely grated
- - 1/4 tsp salt
- - 1/8 tsp fresh ground black pepper
- - 3 green onions, finely chopped (garnish)
- - fresh cilantro, (garnish)
- - sesame seeds garnish (optional)
- - steamed rice
How To Make teriyaki beef

Step 1In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together and blend well.

Step 2Put the steak slices in the marinade and allow to sit for 4 hours or over night.

Step 3Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Step 4Pour entire mixture into a shallow pan and bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.

Step 5Garnish with green onions, cilantro and sesame seeds. Serve over steamed rice.
