I had this for the first time at the home of a good friend and although when I saw it cooking I was skeptical it was so wonderful I had to have the recipe!

Ingredients
- 1 pound 90% lean ground beef
- 1 can red beans
- 1 can white beans
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can sweet corn
- 1c can chick peas
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
How To Make taco stew

Step 1Brown ground beef (or turkey if you prefer) and drain if needed.

Step 2Add all canned items draining only the corn (need some liquid)

Step 3Stir in seasoning and let simmer till it begins to thicken.

Step 4Serve over tortilla chips with hot sauce, shredded cheddar, sour cream & avacado slices.
