taco seasoning
(2 RATINGS)
Got this recipe off T.V. channel. Six ingerdients added to a pound of ground beef yields a tastier, healthier alternative to the little packets usually uesd. This recipe has little salt but tons of flavor. It is just as quick to make and, with the exception of the beef or turkey, the ingredients can be easily kept in the pantry for a quick dinner. While many think that chilli powder is the driving flavor behind chilli, tacos and much of Southwestern cooking, it is Cumin that provides that flavor. So grab your can opener and measuring spoons, brown that beef and get ready for a great taco, burrito or salad.
