taco chili burrito
Looking at chili recipes and decided to try and make a thick version to place in a tortilla and wrap up like a burrito! Success, I did it!

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small yellow onion,chopped
- 1/2 large green bell pepper,chopped
- 1 - taco pkt
- 2 cans 15oz-diced tomatoes,totally strained
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- - burrito or flour tortillas
How To Make taco chili burrito

Step 1In a deep skillet or dutch oven, brown ground beef until no loner pink. Drain fat. Add in chopped onion and green pepper. Stir to incorporate.

Step 2While on med heat, Sprinkle Taco pkt . over the meat mixture. Using the empty taco pkt, fill with water and add to skillet. stir to incorporate. turn down to low.

Step 3Strain diced tomatoes totally. rinse and drain black beans. Add to skillet. Stir to combined. Turn up heat to med./low Stirring occasionally for at least an hour. It should simmer to reduce liquid. It should be thick enough to put into a Flour tortilla

Step 4Add shredded cheese ,green onion or sour cream. Fold up like A burrito . ENJOY
