This is a recipe I submitted for a fundraiser, for a cookbook our women's group sold in 1986. I believe we used the profits to remodel the nursery. A point to be made about church cookbooks, as many of you already know, some of the finest cooks are church women! HERE, HERE!

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 packages taco seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 3 - 8 ounce cans tomato sauce
- 2 cans ranch style beans
- 1 - 10 ounce package corn chips
- 1 pound cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make taco casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef, drain. Add taco seasoning, salt, pepper, tomato sauce and Ranch Style beans. Cook for 10 minutes. Layer chips, ground beef mixture and cheese alternately in a 9x13" baking dish sprayed with PAM, ending with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
