susan simons

With St. Patty's day just around the corner and corned beef going on sale I wanted to share this full flavored family favorite.

Made with sweet and spicy seasoned corned beef this sandwich is sure to please.

This is great served with calico corn, a warm cobbler and a nice stout beer.
