Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs, seasoned
- 1 - egg
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 2 small yellow squash
- 1 large green zuccini squash
- 1/2 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 medium white onion, sliced
- 2 cans italian diced tomatoes
- 1 can tomatoe sauce

Step 1TAKE 1ST 4 INGREDIENTS AND MIX TOGETHER. FORM PATTIES, (FLAT LIKE HABURGERS) COOK IN LARGE SKILLET ON MED HEAT UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWNED ON EACH SIDE (INSIDE NEEDS TO BE PINK, WILL FINISH COOKING WITH VEGGIES). REMOVE FROM PAN.

Step 2POUR 1 CAN OF DICED TOMATOES (UNDRAINED) IN SKILLET, "SLIDE" PATTIES IN TOMATOES, MIX OTHER CAN OF DICED TOMATOES AND TOMATOES SAUCE TOGETHER AND POUR OVER TOP OF PATTIES, CHOP SQUASHES, AND MIX WITH MUSHROOMS AND ONIONS AND SPRINKLE ALL OVER YOP OF PATTIES....COVER SIMMER ON MED/LOW FOR 30 MIN OR UNTIL VEGGIES ARE THENDER!!!

Step 3THIS MEAL IS SERVED BEST WITH MASHED POTATOES AS YOUR SIDE AND USE THE "BROTH" IN BOTTOM OF PAN AS THE GRAVY!!!!!
