A friend of mine told me about this and it is so good. Almost like lasagna without the noodles.

large zucchini more if needed
onions, small white
sauce of choice, i used spaghetti sauce that i had made and canned
cheese of choice
1 clove
fresh basil & sage chopped if desired
chopped aspheragus

How to Make Stuffed Zucchini


  • 1slice down the middle and remove inside of zucchini.
  • 2Brown meat used (I use ground beef) and stir fy with onions, garlic and other items of choice.
  • 3Lay zucchini in dish, add beef mixture, cheese of choice and sauce of choice.
  • 4Cook until zucchini is tender at about 425 degrees
  • 5I cooked my zucchini alone for about 10 minutes before I added other ingrredients
  • 6You can play with this as you go. I always play with items like this according to what I know my family will enjoy and finding flavors that go well together
