stuffed burger bundles
This is a recipe I tried out of the Febuary/March 2011 Simple & Delicious Magazine pg. 49. Submitted by Debbie Carter of Kingsburg, CA. It is a wonderful satisfying comfort dish, that is so easy and inexpensive ($1.39 per serving)to make, yet elegant enough for company. This recipe is easy to double to serve 8. I made it with mashed potatoes and fresh steamed green beans and red peppers. I used savory herb stuffing mix.
