Let steaks come to room temperature-- usually 6-8 hours does the trick if they are frozen. If they are not frozen, usually an hour works. Start a charcoal grill.

Ingredients For steaks

    thick cut steaks
  • 1/4 c
    worcestershire sauce
  • 2-3
    chopped scallions
  • 2-3 clove
    crushed garlic
  • black pepper
  • salt

How To Make steaks

    While The Coals Are Getting Ready, season the steaks with lea & perins Worcestershire sauce, chopped scallions, crushed garlic, salt & pepper.

    If It Going To Be More Than 30 Minutes Before You Grill, wait to add the salt until they are on the grill.

    If using a gas grill (Oh, the horrors!!) Let the steaks marinade for about 30-45 minutes. Grill about 6 minutes each side depending on the thickness and how rare/well done you like. I usually serve with a baked potato & salad and tipsy mushrooms.
