Ingredients For steak ranchouse hoagies

  • 1 tsp
    plus 1 t. vegetable oil
  • 2 lb
    sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
  • 1 1/4 c
    onions, sliced
  • 4 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 4 stalk
    celery ribs, cliced thin, cut crosswise
  • 2 tsp
    plus 2t. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    plus 2t. chili oil or to taste
  • 8
    hoagie rolls, split
  • 1 pkg
    ranch style dressing mix
  • 1 can
    beef broth, reduced sodium

How To Make steak ranchouse hoagies

  • 1
    Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Stir in sirloin strips and cook until they began to brown. add celery, onions, garlic, and ranch dressing mix cook until onions soften. Add chili oil and soy sauce. Stir well. Split meat among hoagie rolls. Add 1/2 can of beef stock. boil hard 5 minutes. Spoon gravy over hoagies and serve
