Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon plus 1 t. vegetable oil
- 2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
- 1 1/4 cups onions, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 stalks celery ribs, cliced thin, cut crosswise
- 2 teaspoons plus 2t. soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons plus 2t. chili oil or to taste
- 8 - hoagie rolls, split
- 1 package ranch style dressing mix
- 1 can beef broth, reduced sodium
How To Make steak ranchouse hoagies

Step 1Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Stir in sirloin strips and cook until they began to brown. add celery, onions, garlic, and ranch dressing mix cook until onions soften. Add chili oil and soy sauce. Stir well. Split meat among hoagie rolls. Add 1/2 can of beef stock. boil hard 5 minutes. Spoon gravy over hoagies and serve
