1Slice the top off of your tomato and scoup out the insides.
2Cut steak in thin bite size pcs. Cut veggies into bite size pcs. Place in bowl or ziploc with a little olive oil and your favorite dry seasonings and toss to coat.
3On a grill, griddle or in skillet cook the beef and veggies are almost done, add mushrooms last 5 min. of cooking time. Place back into bowl and toss with cheese. Stuff tomato. Place a little more cheese on top and pop under broiler or in the micro just long enough to melt cheese. Drizzle on favorite steak sauce.
