1In a large resealable plastic freezer bag, combine first 7 ingredients; set aside. place all remaining ingredient into bag and seal. Turn bag to coat all meat and vegetables. Refrigerate overnight turning whenever possible. Discard whole cloves.
2In a large skillet with 3 Tablespoons of vegetable oil stir fry meat until cooked and browned on all sides. Add vegetables and stir fry until cooked through and tender. Add the marinade and thicken with the potato buds. Serve over rice.
