steak and mushroom romanoff (slow cooker)
Something I came up with to use ingredients I had on hand. I would not recommend using a larger slow cooker.

Ingredients
- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into small cubes
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 8 ounces sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make steak and mushroom romanoff (slow cooker)

Step 1Coat the liner of a 3-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2Place steak, onions and mushrooms in liner.

Step 3In a mixing bowl, combine broth, mushroom soup, tomato paste, garlic and onion soup mix. Pour over the ingredients in slow cooker.

Step 4Place lid on and cook on high 4 hours. (Or low for 6 hours).

Step 5Stir in sour cream and cheese. Stir until cheese is melted.

Step 6Serve over your favorite cooked pasta, rice or mashed potatoes.
