Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 package spinach, frozen, thawed and drained well
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How To Make spinach meat loaf

Step 1In a medium bowl mix all ingredients well. In a shallow baking pan shape mix in a 5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350* for 1 hour. Let stand for 5 minutes. Cut into 6 slices in lengthwise....
