Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1-1/2 pound boneless beef sirloin steak, 3/4"-thick, cut into 1/2" slices
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 3 cups spicy, chunky salsa
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 - 15 oz can red kidney beans, drained
- - chili toppings: tomato, sour cream, shredded cheese
How To Make spicy texas chili

Step 1Heat 1 tbsp oil in lg pot, over med-high heat. In batches, brown beef. Remove beef from pot.

Step 2Add to pot 1 tbsp oil. Cook onion and garlic for 2 mins. Add salsa, water, chili powder, cumin, and beans.

Step 3Cover and cook over medium heat until heated through, and beef is tender. Top w/ chili toppings.
