Ingredients
- 6 ounces sirloin steak
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar ( 1 tsp reserved)
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 clove garlic grated
- 4 tablespoons evoo ( 3 tbs reserved)
- 2 ounces feta cheese
- 10 - cherry tomatoes cut in half
- 1 tablespoon diced red onion
- 1/2 - medium cucumber cut into 1/8 inch slices
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups salad greens
How To Make souvlaki salad

Step 1In a freezer bag combine the steak,1 TBS olive oil,lemon juice, garlic, 1 tsp of the red wine vinegar ,oregano and mix around and coat the steak evenly. Place in refrigerator 1 hour or overnight.

Step 2In a small bowl combine the reserved EVOO, red wine vinegar,pepper and whisk until emulsified. Place the tomatoes,cucumbers,red onion,olives and feta cheese and mix thoroughly. This can also set in refrigerator overnight.

Step 3Take steaks out and allow to come up to room temperature. Place a grill pan on a medium to high heat and add a little oil. Cook steak until desired doneness.

Step 4Arrange salad greens on a plate and place entire steak or cut steak on top of greens and pour over the feta-cucmber salad.
