Ingredients
- 4 - potatoes
- 2 - green peppers
- 2 - tomatoes
- 1 - onion
- 3/4 cup stock
- 1 1/2 cups cold chopped beef
- - salt and pepper
How To Make southern hash

Step 1Put vegetables through the meat chopper, using coarse cutter; cook in the stock, covered until tender. Add beef, salt and pepper; when hot turn onto a platter.

Step 2Corn beef can be used, use salt sparingly.
