sour cream corn bread

The first time I made this corn bread my family fell in love with it. It is the only one I have ever made since then. This goes good with any meat dish but really great with chili.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup corn oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar
How To Make sour cream corn bread

Step 1Mix all dry ingredients together, then add corn oil and sour cream. Add the eggs and mix all together and put in a well greased pan and bake.At 375 degrees for 30 mins.

Step 2Hint I use a cast iron skillet but a round cake pan will work.
