Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 can 15 oz pinto beans (drained)
- 1 can 10 oz enchilada sauce
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1-1/2 small finely chopped onion
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can 11 oz corn with red & green peppers
- 2 cups crushed corn chips
- 1 can 8 oz tomato sauce
How To Make sour cream chili bake

Step 1Saute onion and set aside. Brown hamburger and drain. To hamburger add onion, enchilada sauce, tomato sauce, 1 cup of grated cheese, 1 cup of corn chips, corn and mix together and simmer for 10 min.

Step 2Pour hamburger mixture into a large casserole dish; bake covered at 375 degrees for 30 min.

Step 3Take out of oven and spread sour cream over the top and sprinkle with remaining grated cheese and remaining corn chips. Put back in oven uncovered for another 5 minutes.
