10 oz enchilada sauce

finely chopped onion

11 oz corn with red & green peppers

How to Make Sour Cream Chili Bake


  • 1Saute onion and set aside. Brown hamburger and drain. To hamburger add onion, enchilada sauce, tomato sauce, 1 cup of grated cheese, 1 cup of corn chips, corn and mix together and simmer for 10 min.
  • 2Pour hamburger mixture into a large casserole dish; bake covered at 375 degrees for 30 min.
  • 3Take out of oven and spread sour cream over the top and sprinkle with remaining grated cheese and remaining corn chips. Put back in oven uncovered for another 5 minutes.
