Ingredients For sour cream chili bake

1 lblean ground beef

1 can15 oz pinto beans (drained)

1 can10 oz enchilada sauce

1 cgrated cheddar cheese

1-1/2 smfinely chopped onion

1 csour cream
-
1 can11 oz corn with red & green peppers

2 ccrushed corn chips
-
1 can8 oz tomato sauce
How To Make sour cream chili bake

1Saute onion and set aside. Brown hamburger and drain. To hamburger add onion, enchilada sauce, tomato sauce, 1 cup of grated cheese, 1 cup of corn chips, corn and mix together and simmer for 10 min.

2Pour hamburger mixture into a large casserole dish; bake covered at 375 degrees for 30 min.

3Take out of oven and spread sour cream over the top and sprinkle with remaining grated cheese and remaining corn chips. Put back in oven uncovered for another 5 minutes.
