Blue Ribbon Recipe

With the perfect amount of heat and smokiness, these may become your favorite cheeseburgers. The burger is juicy with bits of jalapeno in every bite. We love the smoky flavor from the chipotle peppers and liquid smoke. Top with your favorite cheese (we opted for pepper jack) and you have one tasty and juicy burger. Don't love ciabatta rolls? A regular or potato bun would be great too!

Don't forget to cook your bacon! Fry in a skillet. Or, I put mine in the oven at 375 for 12 to 15 minutes depending on your oven the cooking time may vary.

Once your burgers are cooked, assemble them the way you see fit.
