    beef roast
  • 1 c
    water
  • 1 c
    salsa, tomato-based
  • 1
    envelope au jus gravy mix
  • 1
    envelope italian dressing
  • 1
    envelope onion soup mix

How to Make Slow Cooker Three Envelope Pot Roast

Step-by-Step

  1. Add water, salsa and seasoning packets to a bowl and whisk.

    **The salsa is optional. If you do not want to add the salsa you can substitute for another cup of water
  2. Place roast in slow cooker. Pour seasoning mixture over roast.
  3. Cook on low for 8-10 hours, or high for 4-5 hours.
