4 pounds beef roast
1 cup water
1 cup salsa, tomato-based
1 - envelope au jus gravy mix
1 - envelope italian dressing
1 - envelope onion soup mix

How To Make slow cooker three envelope pot roast

Step 1

Add water, salsa and seasoning packets to a bowl and whisk. **The salsa is optional. If you do not want to add the salsa you can substitute for another cup of water

Step 2

Place roast in slow cooker. Pour seasoning mixture over roast.
Step 3

Cook on low for 8-10 hours, or high for 4-5 hours.
