slow cooker short ribs and mushrooms
Nice comfort food dish for fall or winter. No need to add salt, since soup mix has plenty. Pepper is optional, but I didn't need it.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef short ribs, bone-in
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 1 can (10 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 package (envelope) french onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup water
How To Make slow cooker short ribs and mushrooms

Step 1Coat slow cooker liner with nonstick cooking spray. (I use a 6 qt. size).

Step 2Place ribs in bottom of liner. Top with mushrooms.

Step 3Mix soups and water in a small bowl and pour of meat and mushrooms.

Step 4Place lid on slow cooker and cook on high 5-6 hours.

Step 5Remove meat to plate and stir gravy to mix. Serve meat with gravy over noodles, rice or potatoes.
