Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3 1/2 pounds boneless beef pot roast
- 4 - carrots, sliced
- 1 1/4 - potatoes,cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 - envelopes of dry onion soup mix
- 3/4 cup water
How To Make slow cooker pot roast

Step 1In large skillet, heat oil and brown roast on all sides

Step 2In slow cooker, arrange vegetables in bottom and top with browned roast.

Step 3Combine soup with water and pour over roast and vegetables.

Step 4Cook on low 8-10 hours. Remove roast and vegetables.
