Ingredients
- 1 - 2-1/2 lb boneless beef chuck roast
- 1 - 24 oz jar sweet pepper pasta sauce
- 3 large carrots, cut into 1-1/2"-thick slices
- 1 large onion, cut into quarters
How To Make slow-cooked italian-style pot roast.

Step 1Place all ingredients in slow-cooker. Stir gently. Cover, cook on high for 6 hrs, or on low for 8 hrs, stirring occasionally.
