Kind of weird how I came up with this. I love to read and in many a book the characters shared a meal of Shepard pie. This intrigued me so I searched for it and some of the recipes sounded simple and good. I also loved sloppy Joe's but hubby hated eating them since they were so messy. For years I tried to think of a way to have them and not make it so messy. Then one night bingo!!!
Now my hubby loves this dish and so do the kids.
I just ad libed this so I hope it works for you.
