sinless meatloaf cups
These little cups will be loved by the whole family while you stick to your Weight Watchers plan. They are easy to make and are so cute. At only 4 points plus per cup, you could enjoy two of these yummy cups. Also, these little cups freeze great for future pre portioned meals.

Ingredients
- 1 pound 90% lean/10% fat ground beef
- 1 slice whole wheat or multigrain bread (i use franz black brutte double fiber
- 1/2 cup store bought bread crumbs
- 1 cup onions, finely diced
- 3 - egg whites
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup sweet baby rays’s bbq sauce or your favorite
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- - fresh ground pepper
- 1/3 cup additional bbq sauce for the topping

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a muffin pan with cooking spray, Set aside

Step 2To make bread crumbs: Toast 1 slice whole wheat or multigrain bread. Place in blender and pulse until made into crumbs

Step 3In a large bowl, add ground beef, bread crumbs, onions, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, ½ cup BBQ sauce, garlic, salt and pepper. Using your hands or a large spoon, thoroughly mix together until well blended.

Step 4Add meatloaf to the top of each muffin cup, flattening out the tops. Top each meatloaf muffin with ¾ tablespoon BBQ sauce and spread evenly over top

Step 5Bake for 40 minutes. Run knife around each muffin to loosen it from pan. Remove to a serving plate
