This is my Mother-in-laws recipes, one of my husbands favorites. A quick simple, great tasting meatloaf; no fuss no muss.

  • 1 1/4 lb
    ground beef or turkey
  • 1
  • 1/2 c
    bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp
    mccormicks hamburger spice (grill mates), heaping
  • 1 dash(es)
    soy sauce, (i use worestershire sauce)
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Simon's Family Meatloaf


  1. Mix in bowl all the ingredients with your hands until blended, put in a greased or sprayed loaf pan.
  2. Cook for 45 minutes to an hour in a 400 degree oven. Or until meat thermometer reaches 160 degrees.
