How to Make Shredded Beef BQ Sammies

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook steaks on med-high grill for about 7 min on each side. Let rest for a few minutes then slice thinly.
  2. Place in pot and add just enough water to up almost up to top of meat. Simmer for aboaut 3 hrs. or till meat can be shredded.
  3. Add bq sauce Basic Low Sodium Barbecue Sauce and simmer about 30 min longer.
