1Place rice and corn in baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix tomato sauce and water. Pour half over rice and corn. Add layers of onion, green pepper and beef. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add rest of tomato mixture, top with raw, cut-up pieces of bacon. Cover tightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer. Makes 4-6 servings.
