This is great for Korean Bul Go Gi Marinade. The crushed seeds open the flavors of the sesame seeds in the marinade. Real Important in the marinade.

  • 1/4 c
    white sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp
    lite salt (optional) depending on salt content of other ingredients in dish

How to Make Sesame Salt


  1. Put Sesame Seeds and salt into a blender and mince or puree until seeds are crushed.
  2. Store in a jar in the refrigerator and use as needed.
