Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 27 ounces can sauerkraut, undrained
  • 1/2 cup uncooked instant rice
  • 10 3/4 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 - soup can of water
  • 1/2 package dry onion soup mix
  • 4 ounces can mushroom stems and pieces, drained

How To Make sauerkraut beef bake

  • Step 1
    In a skillet brown beef; drain. In a greased 2-quart casserole, combine beef with sauerkraut, rice, soup, water and soup mix. Add mushrooms. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 6 servings.
