- 1 pound ground beef
- 27 ounces can sauerkraut, undrained
- 1/2 cup uncooked instant rice
- 10 3/4 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 - soup can of water
- 1/2 package dry onion soup mix
- 4 ounces can mushroom stems and pieces, drained

Step 1In a skillet brown beef; drain. In a greased 2-quart casserole, combine beef with sauerkraut, rice, soup, water and soup mix. Add mushrooms. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 6 servings.
